FEATURED EVENT MIAMI'S HOTTEST CHEFS COOK FOR A CAUSE The Eden Roc Renaissance provided a stun- ning ambiance for Miami Beach's favorite fine dining experience, the March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction. The evening kicked off at sunset as some of Miami's best chefs greeted the attendees. Later, the chefs prepared their own specialty menu items and served them up with tanta- lizing fine wine pairings provided by South- ern Wine and Spirits. Timon Balloo of SUGARCANE raw bar grill chaired the impressive roster of more than a dozen culinary experts that came together to support March of Dimes' noble quest to ensure the full-term, healthy births of babies worldwide. Goya Foods served as the presenting spon- sor of the event; other notable sponsors in- cluded Perry Ellis International, Future Ener¬ gy Solutions, Turner Construction, Sunshine Gasoline Distributors and Stonegate Bank. The fundraiser ended with a combination of live and silent auction items for the guests to bid on, including dining deals, exotic vaca¬ tion packages, fine art and other specialty items.
