Food, Wine & Dine ina Without contest, the founding fathers of Dream Hotel’s newest eatery, Serafina, are masters of the dining ex- perience. F Co-Restaurateurs Vittorio Assaf and Fabio Granato launched their Serafina concept in New York in 1995 era after spending hours daydreaming about the best au- thentic Italian cuisine whilst lost at sea. And although is the restaurant does offer in-room dining menus for guests of Dream Hotel, we have to wonder: Why would anyone want to opt out of grabbing a table to revel in L Serafina’s amazing, upbeat energy? Must-try: Haven Gastro-LounGe Since May of 2011, Haven Gastro-Lounge has provided Miami Beach with an intimate and invigorating culinary enterprise.
