This interactive experience allowed guests to decide the winner, using a ballot system to taste and vote for dishes from the chef participants: Chef Nilton Castillo from The Dome Restaurant Bar & Lounge, Chef Elgin Woodman from A Joy Wallace Catering & Design and Chef Les Oppenheim from Catering by Les.
